Something tell that if Shiro appear someway to chapter 3 or 4. It is typical when villain says like Shiro do he can't just stand away from events and try to turn them to own advantage. Underworld can be invaded too very likely. "I get you all from this" and "This is not end for me" really says that Shiro gonna seek revenge against entire world. Under someones else command or itself again trying to conquer everything.

Maybe not but he definately can be part from bigger plan what Nightfall gonna reveal even more. Something like even more powerful being who just got Shiro to try invade Cantha when he wanted to invade Elona. Surely some powerful god can use some minions to command forces and simulateously conquer everything eventually.

This is all theory of course.

The story in chapter 3 probably happens simultaneously with the other chapters (as with chapter 1 and 2). It's the only way back-and-forth cross-chapter movement can make sense.

ANet have many strong sides: listen to the customers, original game mechanics introduced with each release, free online gaming, etc. Story creation however is not among their strong sides. In fact, if you Prophecies and Factions had worse storylines than Diablo did... that tells you something right there... I guess it all evens out in the end. After all, this is ANet, not Bioware, I don't expect my jaw to drop at the end of the game, I simply expect to get it done with so I can roll my next character through. Not very exciting, but again lotsa +-s to off-set this -.

I LOVED the Prophices storyline. That said since each connect to eachother it is most likely that they do happen at the same time which would equal = new villian ect... that way people who make it the point where they can have a factions character travel to Nightfall wont get a messy story where shiro is all over the place at once. I really don't see a connection between the villians for the stories.

you don't see any connection, yet... Maybe in the future, Arena Net will explain why there just happens to be so many evil villains all happening to attack different places at once. I'm thinking maybe a "boss" of all the big villains that has manipulated/sent them out to do his evil bidding. The heros (us) get curoius as to why there are so many evil things all attacking at once. Then the heros (us) find out about this big boss of all the bosses and have to go after him or something like that?

I dunno, just my thoughts....

Mayhaps in a couple months when people start to get super bored with Factions, like people did with Prophecies, they'll release some kind of random dungeon place like they did with Sorrow's Furnace and Tombs. Shiro comes back in one of the many many huge areas of the Canthan map where there aren't any explorable zones and we've gotta go pwn him and his minions in order to farm his overpowered greens with Barrage/Petway.

Hmmz. Well at the end of the final chapter, Guild Wars: Back to the Future, we'll find out that all of the villains were created the moment when Marty McFly kissed his mother at the dance.

That's possible, but its more likely to happen at the same time as the others. Nice thinking though.

Yes thats right, that unassuming little girl you gave flowers to in pre.. she did this to all of us.. as we as a whole didnt give her ENOUGH flowers!

Seriously. Think about it. WTF is a little girl doing running around in pre, following you into battle with her delicate little skipping steps, and NOT ever once getting hurt?

She is the Titan Queen, feared and worshipped by all. In pre she's incognito gathering evidence and precious flowers whilst chatting about heroes of old and the high levels of government she's already infiltrated, all the while making her evil plans to burninate us to a crisp. During the Searing she magically disappears after killing her mother, who unfortunately discovered the truth about her so-called daughter. She'll come back though, someday.. somehow. The crazy ones always do.
